By accessing or using the none.chat application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the service.

2. Our Service

none.chat provides an anonymous messaging platform designed to connect users based on shared interests. You understand that the service is provided "AS IS" and that we assume no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery, or failure to store any user communications.

3. User Conduct and Objectionable Content

none.chat maintains a strict, zero-tolerance policy against objectionable content and abusive behavior. By using our application, you agree to strictly adhere to the following rules:

• You will not harass, threaten, or intimidate other users.
• You will not transmit any content that is illegal, violent, sexually explicit, hate speech, or abusive.
• You will respect the anonymity of other users and not attempt to maliciously uncover their identities.

We provide built-in app mechanisms to immediately block abusive users and report objectionable content. Upon receiving a report, we will review the content and act within 24 hours, which typically results in the immediate and permanent ban of the offending user.

4. Premium Subscriptions

Some features of none.chat, such as advanced behavioral filtering and region-specific matchmaking, require an active premium subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and managed through your device's native app store.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.
